District of Columbia Government

The firm advises clients who conduct business, or seek to conduct business, with the District of Columbia Government on a wide variety of matters, including procurement issues, contract negotiations and disputes, contract administration, local business certification, and compliance with governmental rules and regulations. Firm lawyers represent clients before District agencies, boards, and commissions and before the District of Columbia City Council.  The firm also counsels clients who are the subject of investigations as a result of their participation in regulated programs in the District.

As outside counsel, the firm also adivses District of Columbia Government agencies in respect of issues involving agency mandates, programs, and regulations.  For example, the firm represents People’s Counsel in proceedings before the Public Service Commission.
