

Jack B. Gordon is an accomplished commercial litigator, with over twenty-nine years of experience representing U.S. and foreign corporations and individuals in complex business disputes before courts throughout the United States as well as before international and domestic arbitration panels.
Mr. Gordon has a broad background that includes extensive experience arbitrating and litigating partnership disputes, shareholder disputes, accounting disputes, post-divestiture purchase price and indemnification disputes, and disputes arising under government contracts. He has advised or represented a variety of public and non-public entities including Computer Sciences Corporation, Science Applications International Corporation, Northrop Grumman Corporation, National Services Industries Inc., Neff Corporation, Urenco Ltd. and Club Med.
Since the mid-1990s, Mr. Gordon has devoted a substantial portion of his practice to insurance and reinsurance matters and disputes. He has litigated several matters in which the amount in dispute was one billion dollars or more. In addition, he has advised policyholders with respect to a variety of coverage issues including under D&O, malpractice and commercial liability policies.
Mr. Gordon is recognized by Chambers USA; America’s Leading Lawyers for Business as a leading individual in Insurance: Insurer Firms. He is also recognized by Legal 500 in the area of Litigation-International Arbitration.
