Brett A. Walter, Associate

Brett Walter practices in the areas of alternative dispute resolution and civil and commercial litigation. 

Mr. Walter handles litigation and provides counseling in insurance, reinsurance, commercial contract, business torts, intellectual property, and civil rights.  He also represents clients involved in federal and state government investigations.  Recently, Mr. Walter spent six months on secondment to Markel International, where he enhanced his understanding of the business of our insurance and reinsurance clients.

Prior to joining Baach Robinson & Lewis, Mr. Walter spent four years as a litigation associate in the Washington office of a major national law firm.
