

Mr. Hirsch practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation (with an emphasis on matters involving complex insurance coverage disputes) as well as business law. He also specializes in the drafting and negotiation of complex licensing agreements, having substantial experience in the software, book, television, marketing, and pharmaceutical arenas. In addition to his affiliation with Baach Robinson & Lewis, Mr. Hirsch is also General Counsel of Jellyvision, Inc., where he began as Assistant General Counsel in 1998. Jellyvision is a leading interactive entertainment company specializing in the creation and development of innovative multimedia products (such as their best-selling You Don't Know Jack franchise). During the 1992 general election he served in the Clinton/Gore campaign as a speechwriter for Hillary Rodham Clinton.
